Sake Labo Pte. Ltd. is hiring energetic and guest-oriented Service Crew members to join the expanding team at Gyukatsu Kyoto Katsugyu, Japan's renowned beef katsu brand. Opportunities are available across prime dining destinations including Raffles City, One Holland Village, and Parkway Parade.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, efficient, and attentive table service in accordance with Japanese hospitality standards.
• Present menus, explain dining concepts, answer guest queries, and recommend signature dishes and beverages based on guest preferences.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure prompt delivery.
• Maintain beverage par levels, service station essentials, and dining supplies.
• Clear, sanitize, and reset dining tables and counter seats swiftly to maintain guest turnover flow.
• Inspect, polish, and organize glassware, crockery, and cutlery to pristine condition.
• Assist supervisors with routine stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Carry out standard dining room opening and closing cleaning duties.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 1 year of prior frontline experience within the food and beverage industry.
• Minimum Secondary education with GCE 'O' Level passes.
• Valid Basic Food Safety and Hygiene certification.
• Willing and able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Immediate availability or short notice period is highly advantageous.
