Job Overview
Jumbo Group of Restaurants Pte. Ltd. is seeking a friendly, customer-oriented, and energetic Service Crew member to operate its specialty ice cream shop. You will handle ice cream preparation, waffle baking, cashiering, stall operations, equipment maintenance, and deliver warm, professional service to local and international customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Stall Operations & Food Preparation: Operate and man the ice cream stall, preparing and serving ice cream, toppings, waffles, cones, and related menu items according to brand standards.
- Cashiering & Sales: Handle POS operations, payment collection, and basic end-of-day cash reconciliation accurately.
- Hygiene & Quality Control: Maintain strict product quality, portion consistency, personal grooming, and NEA food hygiene standards.
- Inventory & Stock Up: Refill ingredients, toppings, cups, cones, and packaging materials; support simple stock rotation and report low stock levels.
- Equipment & Cleaning: Maintain pristine cleanliness across the stall, counters, equipment, and dining area, including opening and closing procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly service, product recommendations, and handle inquiries with professionalism. Ability to converse in Mandarin or secondary languages (Japanese/Korean) is a strong advantage.
