Key Responsibilities

Service Crew

• Serve food and beverage orders accurately to dining guests in strict accordance with restaurant SOPs.
• Maintain table presentation, counter hygiene, and overall dining hall cleanliness.
• Execute opening, mid-shift, and pre-peak service prep tasks to facilitate smooth dining operations.
• Assemble and decorate dessert orders following standardized presentation guides.
• Support dishwashing and scullery duties when necessary to ensure smooth turnaround of tableware.

Kitchen Assistant

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items accurately according to established recipes and plating standards.
• Maintain sanitization and cleanliness standards across kitchen workstations and food prep zones.
• Carry out pre-service ingredient prep and mis-en-place prior to lunch and dinner rush hours.
• Receive, inspect, store, and organize incoming ingredient shipments and dry goods.
• Operate commercial dishwashers and sanitize cookware, utensils, and food containers.

Requirements & Qualifications
