Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Deliver heartfelt Japanese Omotenashi customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay orders to the kitchen promptly.
- Prepare simple beverages, desserts, and signature parfaits according to standardized presentation guides.
- Operate POS cash register systems and handle cashiering settlements accurately.
- Maintain dining hall cleanliness, clear tables, and sanitize service stations throughout shifts.
- Strictly adhere to food safety, hygiene, and workplace sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service teammates to maintain seamless operations.

- Schedule: 5-day work week (44 hours per week) on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
