The Latte Bakes Pte. Ltd. is hiring an energetic, attentive, and customer-focused Services Crew member to join its café and bakery dining team at A'Posh BizHub in Yishun. Operating on a 5-day work week, this full-time role is ideal for fresh graduates, entry-level candidates, or experienced service professionals passionate about hospitality, café culture, and delivering top-tier guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, welcoming, and attentive customer service from guest arrival through farewell.
- Guide patrons through the café menu, answering questions and suggesting beverage and pastry pairings.
- Take orders accurately and input transactions using the Point-of-Sale (POS) terminal.
- Serve freshly prepared food, artisanal bakes, and specialty coffee drinks to dining guests promptly.
- Set up, clear, clean, and sanitize dining tables promptly between seatings to ensure smooth turnover.
- Answer incoming telephone calls for dining reservations, pickup orders, and general enquiries.
- Carry out daily opening and closing shift duties, including inventory prep, restocking, and station setup.
- Maintain high standards of dining floor cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in accordance with Singapore food safety guidelines.
- Address customer queries and escalate feedback promptly to the duty manager.
- Perform ad-hoc café operational duties assigned by management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service, café, or F&B service experience (fresh and entry-level candidates with positive attitudes are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, friendly personality.
- Strong team player capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced dining environment.
- Able to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
