🏗️ Site Engineer (Fresh Grad)
SAMSUNG C&T CORPORATION is hiring a Site Engineer to join their construction team. This is a Full Time, Fresh/Entry Level position designed for recent graduates to start their career in the Building and Construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves on-site technical management and supervision to ensure project milestones are met safely and accurately:
Project Monitoring: Oversee construction activities, plan schedules in accordance with the master work program, and monitor progress closely.
Technical Coordination: Liaise with Professional Engineers (PE) regarding temporary works and coordinate with consultants (QPS) on technical site issues.
Subcontractor Management: Coordinate site activities with subcontractors and provide technical guidance to supervisors to maintain quality standards.
Problem Solving: Handle engineering problems as they arise, carry out site inspections, and resolve technical issues promptly.
Safety & Reporting: Prepare reports and method statements. Manage workers to ensure a safe, neat, and organized work environment.
Required Qualifications & Traits
Education: A Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.
Experience: Open to fresh graduates with no prior experience required.
Commitment: Must be highly dedicated to site supervision and capable of managing various technical documentation.
Working Hours
Schedule: 6.0 days work-week.
Flexibility: Candidates must be committed to working overtime when project needs arise.
Benefits
The monthly salary for this position ranges from $4,000 to $4,200.
