Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for providing Information & Referral (I&R) services and conducting intake assessments for new clients. They will handle mainline calls, walk-in enquiries, and support the front desk as needed. The candidate will organize and participate in community outreach initiatives to assess community needs and liaise with external stakeholders. They will also assist in the development of community group work and provide logistical support for various programmes. Additionally, the candidate will manage low-risk cases, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with MSF tracking requirements.
Required Qualification
The candidate should have a minimum of a Diploma in Social Work. They must be conversant in English and at least one other second language to communicate effectively with diverse community members. The candidate should be a dynamic and self-motivated team player with a strong passion for reaching out to those in need. Being detail-oriented and having a keen interest in administrative accuracy is essential for this role.
Experience Needed
The candidate should ideally have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Social Work Associate Jobs Singapore or a similar social service setting.
