Job Overview

Crawfurd Hospital Pte. Ltd. is seeking dedicated, qualified, and compassionate Staff Nurses to join various clinical disciplines and departments, including Inpatient Wards, Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC), ICU, and HDU. Located at 19 Adam Road, this permanent full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from $2,000 to $4,000. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, deliver expert clinical care, educate patients and families, assist physicians during rounds and procedures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and apply appropriate clinical interventions for optimal patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate high competency in clinical skills, medication administration, wound care, and patient education.
• Participate actively in patient rehabilitation and recovery plans, involving patients' families as necessary.
• Assist resident physicians during patient rounds, clinical examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, allied health professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
• Perform any other clinical and administrative duties assigned by Nurse Managers and Nurse Clinicians.

Working Location, Schedule & Compensation

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time.
• Job Level: Non-executive.
• Work Location: 19 Adam Road, Singapore 289891 (Bukit Timah / Adam Road medical precinct).
• Monthly Salary: $2,000 to $4,000.
• Work Schedule: Rotating shifts (up to 12 hours, including day and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school recognized by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) with a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Nursing (or an equivalent foreign Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
• Hold either Full or Conditional registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) along with a valid yearly nursing practicing license.
• Possess a valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) & Automated External Defibrillator (AED) provider certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical judgement, empathy, and effective communication skills.
