Job Overview

Turkish Airlines Incorporated, a major international global carrier connecting passengers across hundreds of destinations worldwide, is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and service-driven Station Representative to join its airport operations team at Changi Airport Terminal 1 (80 Airport Boulevard). In this permanent non-executive role, you will work closely with the Station Manager to oversee daily ground handling, flight operations, passenger ticketing, safety compliance, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless airline departures and arrivals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Station Manager by executing comprehensive ground handling, passenger check-in, and flight operations tasks to maintain high on-time performance and operational efficiency.
• Enforce corporate and international aviation safety, security, and quality assurance procedures in strict compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and sustain professional relationships with airport authorities, ground handling agents, catering providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage airline ticketing, reissue processes, baggage tracking, and passenger service inquiries to resolve travel disruptions promptly.
• Demonstrate high emotional intelligence, composure, and decisive problem-solving capabilities during flight emergencies and unexpected operational irregularities.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of flight logs, incident reports, and passenger service statistics.
• Collaborate effectively within multicultural airport teams and operate independently during assigned shifts.
• Commit to working rotating shift schedules, including weekends, night shifts, and public holidays, to support 24/7 flight operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: Diploma or equivalent academic credential.
• Minimum 3 years of solid professional experience in airport passenger services, airline ground handling, or station operations.
• Strong multitasking, conflict resolution, and verbal communication skills tailored for a fast-paced aviation environment.
