Job Overview

Prospect Workforce Solution Pte. Ltd. is hiring a meticulous, organized, and energetic Stockroom Specialist to oversee back-of-house (BOH) inventory logistics and product flow for a premier retail brand located in Bugis. In this permanent, full-time role, you will maintain high stockroom standards, drive efficient replenishment to the sales floor, manage bi-yearly stocktakes, prevent shrinkage, and collaborate closely with store management to achieve store sales and operational KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a systematic, safe, and immaculately organized stockroom in accordance with Model Store standards.
• Coordinate end-to-end product flow between the back of house and the retail sales floor, ensuring full merchandise representation across all fixtures.
• Receive, unpack, verify, and process stock deliveries swiftly and accurately while adhering to strict stock loss prevention and security protocols.
• Track product performance (identifying best sellers versus slow-moving lines) to strategically optimize stockroom layout and replenishment accessibility.
• Prepare, manage, and execute bi-yearly stock audits and inventory cycle counts to minimize stock discrepancies and shrinkage.
• Record and track all stock transfers, including inter-store movements, warehouse receipts, and returns, using retail inventory systems.
• Maintain stockroom operational supplies and ensure general health, fire safety, and 5S housekeeping standards are maintained.
• Align daily tasks with store sales targets and KPIs, supporting frontline retail teammates during high-traffic promotional periods.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend continuous improvement solutions to store managers.

Working Hours & Location

• Work Schedule: 44 hours per week, rotating shifts with 2 scheduled rest days per week.
• Location: Bugis, Singapore.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary education or Certificate in Retail Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail stockroom, warehousing, or retail sales operations (experience in sportswear, apparel, fashion footwear, or FMCG retail preferred).
• Proficient in computer and software tools: Intermediate skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills in English and local languages to collaborate seamlessly across diverse store teams.
• Strong planning, organization, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attendance reliability and commitment to shift rosters.
