Job Overview

Me Multi Entertainment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and animal-loving Store Assistant to join its cat cafe team located at Lucky Chinatown (211 New Bridge Road, 059432). Offering flexible full-time, permanent, and part-time employment with a monthly salary ranging from $2,600 to $2,800, no prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. You will oversee daily feline care, maintain immaculate cafe hygiene, deliver guest safety briefings, handle front-of-house service, and ensure a wonderful environment for both cats and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Cat Care & Health Monitoring: Feed and water cats on schedule, log intake, scoop and change litter, maintain cleanliness, observe daily health and behavior, and manage vet records and vaccinations.
• Guest Service & Floor Control: Deliver pre-entry safety briefings, supervise the cafe floor, enforce rules (such as the double-door protocol and gentle handling), and manage guest enquiries or incidents.
• Hygiene & Premises Upkeep: Clean and disinfect cat condos, toys, and furniture; wash linens and feeding bowls daily; manage supply inventory for food, litter, and cleaning products.
• Front Desk & Sales: Handle cashiering, bookings, membership sign-ups, light food and beverage preparation, merchandise sales, and support in-store events.
• Operations & Handover: Complete opening and closing checklists, log shift updates, and report any health or maintenance issues promptly.

Working Location, Schedule & Compensation

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Flexible schedule options available).
• Job Level: Non-executive (Open to beginners; full training provided).
• Work Location: Lucky Chinatown, 211 New Bridge Road, Singapore 059432 (Chinatown district).
• Monthly Salary: $2,600 to $2,800.
• Work Schedule: Rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays (Closing shift ends at 11:00 PM; minimum 6-month commitment required).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Calm and confident handling cats, including managing litter, waste, shedding, and grooming tasks.
• Strong communication skills to deliver clear safety briefings to guests even during busy hours.
• Physically fit and comfortable standing and moving around the cafe floor for the duration of a shift.
• Previous service or pet-industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
