Job Overview

Venus Beauty Pte. Ltd., a popular and well-established personal care and beauty retail chain in Singapore, is hiring customer-focused and reliable Store Cashiers to join its retail outlets islandwide. This permanent, full-time position involves operating point-of-sale (POS) systems, delivering welcoming customer assistance, and maintaining organized merchandise displays.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate POS cash register systems accurately to process cash, credit/debit card, and digital transactions.
• Bag and pack customer purchases neatly and efficiently at the checkout counter.
• Welcome shoppers, answer product enquiries courteously, and introduce promotional items or ongoing store specials.
• Replenish retail shelves promptly, organize merchandise displays, and ensure products are properly faced.
• Prepare, verify, and update price tags and promotional shelf-talkers across product aisles.
• Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and hygiene standards throughout the store and checkout counters.
• Assist in stock receiving, inventory checking, and general retail floor maintenance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail, cashiering, or customer service experience (prior experience operating POS systems is an added advantage).
• Pleasant disposition, customer-oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Hardworking, meticulous, and possess a high level of integrity and positive work attitude.
• Able to work independently as well as cooperatively within a retail team.
• Flexible to work retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidays.
