Job Overview

Wholetech System Hitech (S) Pte. Ltd. is hiring a meticulous and physically capable Storeman to manage warehousing, site material logistics, and inventory handling. This role supports engineering and construction project operations, with deployment based at a Tampines project site for a minimum of two years.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, inspect, sort, and safely store incoming materials and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure received and dispatched goods are free of defects and match accompanying delivery documents accurately.
• Maintain stock documentation and conduct periodic physical inventory audits to reconcile warehouse counts.
• Coordinate timely dispatches to ensure customer and site deliveries meet strict schedules without errors.
• Implement the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock rotation methodology to ensure optimal inventory flow and reduce wastage.
• Organize stock bins and racking to streamline accessibility and optimize warehouse footprint.
• Maintain housekeeping and site safety standards across the store to comply with relevant safety regulations.
• Collaborate with internal project and procurement teams, carrying out ad-hoc material handling duties as needed across sites.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse experience.
• Strong documentation skills with basic proficiency in MS Excel and computer data entry.
• Physically fit with the capability to perform heavy manual lifting of cartons weighing at least 20 kg.
• Possession of a valid Forklift Driving License is highly advantageous.
• Bilingual communication capabilities to liaise effectively within a Taiwanese corporate environment.
• Willing to be assigned and stationed at the Tampines project site for at least 2 years.
• Positive mindset and strong teamwork orientation.
