Tea Barista

SINGAPORE HEYTEA MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is hiring Tea Baristas to join their “cool” and innovative team at various locations across the island. Heytea is a global leader in modern tea culture, known for its “cheese-topped” tea and high-quality natural ingredients. This role is open to both Full-Time and Part-Time applicants, including entry-level candidates with no prior experience.

📋 Job Responsibilities

You will be hands-on in the daily craft of creating premium tea beverages:

• Tea Crafting: Master the art of making Heytea’s signature beverages according to strict company recipes and quality standards.

• Guest Services: Promptly attend to walk-in customers and handle digital/phone delivery orders through the POS system.

• Shop Maintenance: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness in the workspace and dining areas.

• Shift Operations: Full-time or night-shift staff will also be involved in the essential closing duties of the shop.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. However, related experience in the catering or F&B industry is an advantage.

• Language: Ability to communicate in basic English or Chinese to meet business needs.

• Attributes: A positive service attitude, willingness to learn quickly, and the ability to work cooperatively in a team.

• Physicality: Must be comfortable standing for long hours and performing light physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Advantage: Candidates already possessing a Food Hygiene Certificate are preferred.

⏰ Working Hours & Location

• Type: Part-Time / Full-Time.

• Schedule: Flexible hours for part-timers; full-timers typically work 5 to 6 days a week on a shift basis.

• Commitment: Includes working on weekends and Public Holidays.

• Locations: Islandwide opportunities, typically near MRT stations (e.g., Orchard, Marina Bay Sands, VivoCity, Westgate, ION Orchard).

💰 Salary & Perks

• Monthly Salary: $3,000 to $3,500.
