Job Overview
Water B Pte. Ltd., a premier river cruise and water transport operator along the Singapore River, is hiring an outgoing, presentable, and customer-focused Ticketing Officer to join its ticketing and guest services team at Riverside Point on Merchant Road. This full-time role serves as the welcoming frontline ambassador for tourists and local visitors, handling ticket sales, point-of-sale transactions, boarding ushering, and cruise service guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Present a polished, professional, and friendly self-image representing the Water B river cruise brand.
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) cash registers and payment terminals to process cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
- Explain cruise itineraries, tour highlights, product packages, and safety guidelines clearly to local visitors and international tourists.
- Perform ushering duties at ticketing counters and boarding jetties to ensure smooth, organized, and safe passenger boarding and disembarkation.
- Manage customer queues, assist with crowd control during peak cruise hours, and answer guest queries courteously.
- Collaborate effectively with boat captains, jetty operations staff, and ticketing team members to ensure seamless daily service operations.
- Execute ad-hoc guest service and operational duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements & Qualifications

- Proficient in spoken English to communicate comfortably with tourists and guests from diverse backgrounds.
