Vegetable Packer - Green Harvest

Job Overview

Green Harvest Pte. Ltd., an agricultural and fresh produce enterprise located along Neo Tiew Harvest Lane in Kranji, is hiring a meticulous, diligent, and dependable Vegetable Packer. In this full-time role, you will support post-harvest packing operations, vegetable washing, sorting, quality checks, and automated conveyor packing lines under a balanced 5-day work week schedule with company transport provided to and from Kranji MRT station.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and pack fresh harvest vegetables into designated retail bags, trays, and packaging boxes.
• Place packaged produce and vegetable boxes onto automated conveyor belts and packaging machines.
• Wash, rinse, drain, and handle cleaned vegetables using simple assembly and post-harvest processing equipment.
• Perform visual quality checks to remove defective or bruised produce, ensuring adherence to company quality guidelines.
• Maintain high cleanliness, personal hygiene, and sanitization standards across packing stations and equipment.
• Assist in staging packed produce boxes onto pallets for cold storage and delivery dispatch.
• Support ad-hoc packing line and warehouse housekeeping duties as directed by line supervisors.

Working Hours & Benefits

• Work Schedule: 5-day work week:
  • Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesdays, Thursdays: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Transport: Company shuttle mini bus provided to and from Kranji MRT station.
• Location: 8 Neo Tiew Harvest Lane, Singapore 718779 (Kranji / Lim Chu Kang).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Eligibility: Only Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) need apply.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
• Prior experience in food packing, agriculture, or fresh produce handling is an advantage.
• Possession of a Food Safety Course (FSCC) / Food Hygiene Safety Certificate is an added advantage.
• Able to perform hands-on, repetitive manual packing tasks with care and consistency.
• Responsible, punctual, and a collaborative team player.
