The Singapore Island Country Club (SICC), Singapore’s premier and most prestigious golf and country club, is seeking attentive, service-driven Waiters and Waitresses to join its dining operations at Island Club Road. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, distinguished, and attentive food and beverage service to club members and their guests.
• Present menus, introduce dining options, take orders accurately, and make personalized dish recommendations aligned with member preferences.
• Coordinate with kitchen personnel to serve orders promptly and efficiently.
• Answer reservation enquiries over the phone, record booking details, and arrange table allocations.
• Clear used plates, glassware, cutlery, and bowls swiftly and reset dining tables to pristine standards.
• Maintain table tidiness, dining hall cleanliness, and station presentation throughout the shift.
• Execute opening and closing duties, including setting up the hostess reception desk, organizing daily newspapers and magazines, and sanitizing menus.
• Support general dining operations and perform ad-hoc duties as requested by supervisors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Prior experience in food and beverage service or country club dining is an advantage (fresh/entry-level applicants welcome).
• Courteous, member-oriented mindset with excellent hospitality etiquette.
• Good verbal communication skills and a dependable work attitude.
• Able to work rotating shift schedules based on club dining operational hours.
