Packer / Sorter (Warehouse）

DOSEA PTE. LTD. is seeking meticulous Packers / Sorters to manage the preparation of fresh produce and warehouse items. This Full Time role is essential for ensuring that fresh vegetables and fruits are accurately weighed, packed, and labeled for efficient delivery.

📋 Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of fresh goods within a warehouse setting:

• Sorting & Selection: Accurately select and sort fresh vegetables, fruits, and other items based on specific order requirements.

• Packing & Labeling: Weigh products precisely and use shrink-wrapping techniques to protect items during transport. Ensure all products are labeled clearly for tracking.

• Inventory & Storage: Organize storage locations to optimize space and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.

• Cold-Room Operations: Adapt to working in a cold-room environment while strictly adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

• Teamwork: Coordinate daily tasks with supervisors and resolve operational issues promptly.

🎓 Job Requirements

• Experience: Open to Fresh/Entry Level candidates; 1 year of experience in a warehouse or general work environment is preferred.

• Technical Skills: Basic unit conversion skills (e.g., converting kilograms to grams) are required for accurate weighing.

• Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in chilled environments.

⏰ Working Hours & Location

• Schedule: 6-day work week with rotating shifts.

• Location: Islandwide.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: $2,000 to $3,500.

• Additional Perks: * Annual Wage Supplement (AWS).
