Warehouse Picker & Packer (Tuas Link Mrt / 5 days)

LF LOGISTICS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is hiring Warehouse Pickers & Packers to join their operations at Tuas. This Permanent, Full-Time role is perfect for entry-level candidates looking to build a career in a fast-paced logistics environment with a structured 5-day work week.

📋 Key Responsibilities

You will be an essential part of the supply chain, managing the flow of goods through the warehouse:

  • Inbound Handling: Assist in the loading and unloading of goods from both full containers and loose shipments. Segregate stock accurately by item and perform “put away” tasks to their designated locations.

  • Picking & Packing: Execute precise picking and packing of goods for outgoing orders. You will use RDT scanners to pick orders and a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to scan and pack.

  • Quality & Documentation: Monitor product condition; report any damages by taking photos and documenting the issues before moving items to a specific holding area.

  • Operational Support: Support overall warehouse cleanliness and general operations, performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Primary, Secondary School, or ‘O’ Level qualification.

  • Experience: Open to Fresh/Entry Level candidates; 1 year of experience is a plus but not required as training is provided.

  • Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of lifting items weighing up to 25kg periodically.

  • Skills: No forklift license is required. We value candidates with good initiative, responsibility, and a “can-do” attitude.

⏰ Working Hours & Location

  • Schedule: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (5-day work week).

  • Location: Islandwide / Tuas Link MRT area.

  • Transport: Company transport is provided from Jurong East.

💰 Salary & Perks

  • Monthly Salary: $1,800 to $2,200.

  • Financial Incentives: * Sign-On & Retention Bonus.

    • Salary increment upon successful completion of the confirmation period.

  • Closing Date: March 13, 2026.
