Job Overview

RMR International Private Limited is hiring an experienced Airport Porter on behalf of Mainland Logistics & Services Pte. Ltd. for deployment across airport terminals in Singapore. Offering an attractive professional monthly salary ranging from $3,500 to $5,500, this full-time role involves assisting airline passengers with baggage handling, providing premier customer service, supporting passengers requiring special mobility assistance, and maintaining strict adherence to aviation safety and airport security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist arriving, departing, and transiting passengers with carrying, loading, and unloading luggage.
• Escort passengers smoothly to check-in counters, boarding gates, baggage claim carousels, and designated ground transportation points.
• Transport heavy luggage and passenger belongings safely and efficiently using trolleys and luggage carts.
• Provide attentive care and specialized assistance to elderly passengers, families traveling with young children, and passengers with reduced mobility or special needs.
• Offer clear directions, flight guidance, and general airport terminal information to travelers.
• Handle luggage with utmost care to prevent damage, mishandling, or loss.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and proper staging of luggage trolleys and porter equipment.
• Comply strictly with aviation safety, customs, and airport security procedures at all times.
• Immediately report unattended baggage, suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards to airport authorities.
• Collaborate closely with airline check-in staff, ground handling agents, and airport operations teams to ensure seamless passenger flow.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education level or equivalent academic qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, hospitality, aviation ground handling, or baggage operations.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting, moving, and handling heavy luggage in accordance with airport standards.
• Good interpersonal skills and proficient basic English communication (knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage).
• Customer-oriented mindset with a warm, positive, and calm demeanor under pressure.
• Must possess a clean record with no criminal history and be able to successfully obtain official airport security clearance and passes.
