CCTV Monitoring Officer (Construction) - Recruit Expert

Job Overview

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. (EA Licence: 19C9701, Registration: R1326740) is hiring an experienced, attentive, and organized CCTV Monitoring Officer on behalf of a construction industry client. Based out of corporate operations at Republic Plaza (9 Raffles Place) with deployment at construction project sites, this permanent non-executive role involves monitoring site security and safety camera feeds, logging safety observations, reporting equipment faults, and maintaining precise operational records across a 5.5-day work week.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV camera footage continuously to identify and note any unsafe construction activities, hazards, or security incidents.
• Record daily observations meticulously in the site logbook and capture digital screenshots as evidence when required.
• Prepare clear, simple daily or weekly summaries and reports of safety observations for management review.
• Inspect camera systems regularly and report faulty cameras, blind spots, or technical issues to the relevant maintenance team for prompt repair.
• Maintain proper administrative records, documentation files, and assist with basic clerical tasks as assigned.

Working Location, Schedule & Compensation

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time.
• Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week.
• Work Location: Republic Plaza, 9 Raffles Place, Singapore 048619 (Raffles Place financial district / construction site deployments).
• Monthly Salary: $1,800 to $2,200.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in CCTV monitoring, security surveillance, or site observation roles.
• Attentive, vigilant, and capable of monitoring multi-screen security feeds carefully over extended periods.
