Job Overview

Coulisse Heir Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled, attentive, and customer-focused Hair Therapist to join its salon team at Gemini @ Sims. In this role, you will specialize in diagnosing scalp and hair health, delivering customized therapeutic treatments, offering rejuvenating scalp massages, and recommending premium home-care routines to enhance client satisfaction and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth hair and scalp consultations and diagnostic assessments to understand client concerns, preferences, and aesthetic goals.
• Perform targeted hair and scalp therapies, including deep conditioning, intensive hair masks, hot oil therapies, and specialized protocols for hair loss, dandruff, dryness, and oily scalp conditions.
• Administer conditioning colour therapies, glosses, and natural treatments such as henna to enrich hair vitality and texture.
• Execute therapeutic scalp massages to relieve tension, promote relaxation, and stimulate microcirculation.
• Educate clients on personalized at-home hair maintenance regimens and recommend suitable salon-exclusive retail hair care products.
• Maintain stringent sanitation and hygiene protocols by sterilizing treatment instruments, tools, and workstation areas.
• Build lasting client relationships, handle queries with empathy, and ensure an elevated salon experience.
• Maintain accurate client consultation logs, treatment history records, and progress notes.
• Stay abreast of emerging trichology trends, hair therapy innovations, and participate in continuous skill development workshops.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must hold a recognized State Cosmetology or Beauty Therapy license/certification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as a Hair Therapist or Hair Stylist in a salon or trichology center.
• Deep understanding of hair structures, textures, and various scalp conditions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client consultative skills.
• Proficient in handling modern salon equipment, hair steamers, and scalp diagnostic tools.
• Physical stamina to perform treatments comfortably during extended standing hours.
