Kidibliss Pte. Ltd. is seeking compassionate, nurturing, and dedicated Infant Childminders, Nannies, and Infant Care Teachers to provide home-based infant care services. This work-from-home (telecommuting) role allows caregivers to look after 1 to 3 infants within their own child-safe home environment, promoting healthy physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development during crucial early years.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, warm, and responsive care to infants within a safe home-based setup.
- Create an engaging, hazard-free, and developmentally stimulating environment tailored for early childhood growth.
- Engage infants through sensory exploration, motor skill exercises, and age-appropriate early language development activities.
- Manage daily infant routines including timely milk feeding, solids introduction, diaper changing, and comforting.
- Strictly uphold child health, sanitation, and safety guidelines, including safe sleep practices.
- Maintain clear and regular daily communication with parents regarding feeding times, nap schedules, and developmental milestones.
Working Schedule & Arrangements
- Working Arrangement: Work from home (Telecommuting) with Flexi-Hours.
- Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Employment Types: Contract, Permanent, Full Time.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Secondary School education, or equivalent.
- Medically fit to care for 1 to 3 young children simultaneously.
- Must possess a child-safe, hygienic home environment.
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience caring for children aged 0 to 3 years (fresh/entry-level applicants with relevant passion welcome).
