Kitchen Assistant

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations and assisting head chefs with back-of-house tasks. Key duties include assisting chefs with basic ingredient prep work and routine cooking to keep the line running smoothly. You will be assigned to operate deep fryers and manage the egg station to prepare orders accurately, promptly, and safely. A vital responsibility of the role is carrying out thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all work counters, cooking equipment, and kitchen floors after closing hours to maintain top hygiene benchmarks. In addition, you must be prepared to handle extended operational shifts of 10 to 12 hours reliably.
