Job Overview
NTUC Club is hiring enthusiastic, safety-conscious individuals to join its waterpark operations team as Lifeguards / Trainee Lifeguards at Downtown East (Wild Wild Wet) on Pasir Ris Close. In this essential role, you will be on the frontline ensuring guest safety across water rides, wave pools, and interactive aquatic zones, preventing accidents, and providing swift emergency assistance in an active outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor pool areas, flume attractions, and water-based rides vigilantly to identify swimmers in distress and prevent aquatic accidents.
- Enforce waterpark safety regulations, height requirements, and ride dispatch intervals firmly and courteously.
- Conduct routine safety inspections of pool facilities, water quality decks, life buoys, and rescue apparatus.
- Provide prompt first aid and water rescue assistance to guests in emergency situations.
- Assist in overall waterpark crowd control, park maintenance, and staging during peak operational days and school holidays.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service and address general guest enquiries within the waterpark.
Training & Salary Progression
- Comprehensive physical lifesaving and water safety training will be provided to equip trainee lifeguards.
- Salary increments are awarded upon obtaining official lifesaving and first aid certifications (up to 3 certifications).

Working Schedule & Requirements
- Schedule: 6-day work week on rotating shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.

- Possession of a valid Bronze Medallion (SLSS) and CPR/AED certification is preferred, but candidates without prior experience are welcome to join as trainees.
