Key Responsibilities
Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting Zoff's core retail values and delivering exceptional, personalized customer service.
Welcome customers, assess lifestyle vision needs, interpret ophthalmic prescriptions accurately, and recommend optimal lens types, coatings, and fashionable frames.
Perform professional refraction, precise pupillary distance (PD) measurements, and eye-fitting assessments.
Conduct expert eyewear fitting, frame adjustments, temple alignments, edge finishing, and minor optical repairs to ensure maximum visual comfort.
Drive retail sales performance, promote seasonal optical collections, and consistently meet or exceed monthly outlet sales targets.
Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep attractive product displays, and execute in-store presentation guidelines.
Manage retail inventory levels, place precise lens and frame orders, track fulfillment, and conduct regular stock audits.
Ensure boutique housekeeping, cleanliness, and a welcoming retail shopping environment.
Working Hours, Location & Compensation Benefits
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, generally operating from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM (except ION Orchard store timings).
Work Location: Islandwide across Zoff retail boutiques in Singapore.
Gross Monthly Salary: $3,400 to $4,000 (commensurate with registration status and experience).

Requirements & Qualifications
