Job Overview

Island Recovery Services Pte. Ltd. is hiring reliable, safety-minded Tow Truck Drivers to join their 24/7 vehicle recovery and roadside assistance fleet based at Chia Ping Road in Jurong. This full-time position welcomes entry-level applicants holding valid Class 3, 4, or 5 Singapore driving licenses, offering structured on-the-job training (OJT), new-hire employment incentives, and a guaranteed performance bonus upon completing one year of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate flatbed, wheel-lift, or standard tow recovery trucks to transport broken-down, accident-involved, or unauthorized vehicles islandwide.
• Respond promptly to roadside emergency dispatch requests and attend to motorists with courteous, reassuring customer service.
• Securely winch, hook, hoist, and lash vehicles onto recovery beds ensuring zero transit damage.
• Perform daily pre-trip vehicle inspections, fluid checks, and equipment maintenance on winches, hydraulic lifts, and chains.
• Comply with road safety rules, Land Transport Authority (LTA) regulations, and traffic safety standards at breakdown sites.
• Maintain proper delivery documentation and digital trip logs using designated communication channels.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore driving license (Class 3, Class 4, or Class 5) for at least 1 year (No P-Plate drivers).
• No prior vehicle recovery experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training (OJT) will be provided.
• Must be willing to be based at and operate out of Jurong (26 Chia Ping Road).
• Responsible, punctual, and capable of working rotating shifts and outdoor conditions.
• Immediate availability is advantageous.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Guaranteed monthly salary ranging from $1,900 to $3,700 (subject to terms and conditions).
