Mandai Resorts Pte. Ltd. is hiring an elegant, attentive, and guest-centric Banyan Tree Host (Guest Relations Officer) to represent the prestigious Banyan Tree luxury eco-resort nestled within the Mandai Wildlife Reserve at 80 Mandai Lake Road. In this full-time role, you will act as a primary brand ambassador, delivering signature Banyan Tree hospitality, curating unforgettable guest stays, coordinating seamless arrivals and departures, and providing bespoke concierge recommendations across the resort and Mandai wildlife attractions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary ambassador and welcoming point of contact for resort guests, providing high-touch, signature luxury hospitality.
- Facilitate smooth, personalized check-in and check-out experiences in accordance with Banyan Tree's luxury standards.
- Proactively anticipate guest requirements, providing personalized recommendations on resort dining, wellness therapies, local transport, and eco-experiences.
- Provide expert guidance on Mandai Wildlife Reserve's wildlife parks and integrated nature attractions.
- Promptly resolve guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with warmth, discretion, and professional polish.
- Maintain comprehensive guest profiles, record personal preferences, process billing transactions, and perform front-of-house administrative reporting.
- Prepare, audit, and maintain accurate guest service logs, handover reports, and arrival manifest records.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Professional Certificate / NITEC / Higher NITEC or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of guest relations or front office experience in a luxury hotel, upscale resort, or property of similar standing.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and storytelling skills to engage comfortably with discerning international travelers.
- Strong problem-solving capability, high emotional intelligence, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness and flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in a resort environment.
