Job Overview

Conrad Singapore Orchard (part of the Hilton family of brands) is seeking a polished, energetic, and guest-focused Bellman to join their Guest Services team. Located at Cuscaden Road, this role is dedicated to delivering world-class hospitality by greeting guests warmly, assisting with luggage handling, and ensuring seamless arrival and departure experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and open main entrance doors to deliver a gracious first impression.
• Handle, transfer, and deliver guest luggage promptly to and from guest rooms adhering to luxury brand benchmarks.
• Manage long-term and temporary luggage storage with meticulous tracking records.
• Escort guests to their rooms, offering personalized introductions to hotel facilities, in-room amenities, and safety procedures.
• Receive, log, and promptly deliver guest messages, mail, parcels, and morning newspapers.
• Maintain and update the lobby information display board daily with timely hotel notices.
• Offer accurate information and recommendations regarding hotel facilities, dining outlets, local attractions, and transport.
• Support front desk operations during peak check-in/out queues and assist the concierge team during operational exigencies.
• Execute additional guest service duties as assigned by the Bell Captain.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Prior customer service or operations experience in the hotel, hospitality, leisure, or retail sector is preferred.
• Physically fit with the capability to lift, push, and transport heavy luggage and parcels weighing up to 30 kg.
• Impeccable grooming, professional presentation, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Clear verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• High energy, attentive to detail, and committed to luxury service standards.
