Job Overview

Homestead Capital Pte. Ltd. is hiring a proactive, meticulous, and hospitality-minded Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness across The Keystone, a premium co-living and student accommodation brand in Singapore. Operating across distinctive residential assets—including condominiums, black-and-white townhouses, and heritage shophouses—this permanent, full-time role focuses on delivering pristine living spaces and upholding high hygiene standards for a vibrant community of residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning and housekeeping for private resident rooms, shared units, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchenettes.
• Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and polish windows and mirrors.
• Strip, make, and change bed linens according to scheduled change rotations.
• Replenish room supplies, toiletries, and paper consumables across units.
• Maintain cleanliness across common facilities including residential lounges, shared dining spaces, laundry rooms, corridors, and communal restrooms.
• Inspect units for wear-and-tear, reporting maintenance defects, damage, or safety hazards promptly to the Facilities Manager.
• Manage, inventory, and properly store cleaning chemicals, equipment, and linen supplies.
• Interact courteously with multinational co-living residents while respecting their privacy and comfort.
• Execute ad-hoc deep cleaning or turnover tasks as assigned.

Working Schedule & Locations

• Schedule: 5-day work week (2 rest days per week, rostered including weekends) with Flexi-Hours support.
• Locations: Rotating across The Keystone properties in Holland Village, Farrer Park, Lavender, Kampong Bahru Road, and River Valley Road.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on housekeeping or cleaning experience (prior background in co-living spaces, serviced apartments, or hotels is preferred).
• Strong eye for cleanliness, hygiene standards, and sanitation detail.
• Physically fit to manage bending, lifting, and standing over active cleaning rounds.
• Reliable, responsible, punctual, and capable of working independently across multiple locations.
• Friendly, respectful attitude when engaging with residents and team members.
• Immediate or early availability is advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly compensation ranging from S$2,000 to S$3,000, fully compliant with MOM and CPF guidelines.
