Production Assistant (Print Finishing) - iPrint Express

Job Overview

iPrint Express Pte. Ltd., a trusted digital and commercial printing solutions provider in Singapore, is hiring a meticulous, hands-on Production Assistant (Print Finishing) to join its operations team at Hor Kew Business Centre along Kallang Pudding Road. This full-time role focuses on post-press finishing, manual handling, quality inspections, and packaging to ensure finished print deliverables meet high customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute general print finishing and manual post-press production tasks including folding, binding, taping, gluing, sorting, and bundling.
• Read, interpret, and follow detailed job production tickets and finishing instructions accurately prior to processing orders.
• Conduct basic quality control and quantity counts on completed print collaterals, checking for alignment, cutting errors, or color flaws.
• Package, label, and prepare completed print items neatly for courier dispatch or client self-collection.
• Accurately update job statuses and clearance logs within internal production tracking systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe finishing workspace and equipment area.
• Support the wider digital print and fabrication production team with ad-hoc operational tasks as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (no prior printing experience strictly required; on-the-job training will be provided).
• Able to comprehend written English work orders and produce basic status updates.
• Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented with high quality consciousness.
• Comfortable performing hands-on, repetitive production tasks with manual dexterity.
• Demonstrates excellent punctuality, reliable attendance, and a collaborative team attitude.
