Lavish Pet Centre LLP is seeking enthusiastic, caring, and reliable Retail Assistants (available in both Full-Time and Part-Time capacities) to support day-to-day operations at 1 Rochdale Road. Ideal for individuals who love animals, this multifaceted role combines customer service, point-of-sale cashiering, e-commerce order fulfillment, and basic small animal handling and grooming in a warm, pet-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily frontline operations of the pet retail boutique.
- Assist in managing e-commerce platform listings and digital catalog updates.
- Pick, pack, and prepare online retail orders for courier dispatch and customer fulfillment.
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) cash registers, processing cash and digital cashless transactions accurately.
- Perform basic handling and gentle grooming tasks for small animals.
- Execute regular housekeeping and sanitization routines to maintain a hygienic, welcoming, and safe environment for customers, staff, and pets.
- Handle general customer queries regarding pet food, supplies, and accessories with warmth and care.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and support store needs as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- No prior working experience required; comprehensive guidance and on-the-job training will be provided.
