Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, engaging customer service and embody the friendly, classic vibes of the Tintin brand.
- Engage with local collectors and international tourists by demonstrating and narrating the stories, craftsmanship, and features of collectible figurines, comic books, apparel, and lifestyle gifts.
- Maintain premium visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays, showcases, and shelves remain spotless, organized, and aesthetically arranged.
- Replenish retail displays and manage store inventory according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Support the Store Manager with stocktaking, physical inventory cycle counts, stock deliveries, and packing e-commerce online orders.
- Stay updated on new merchandise releases, limited-edition drops, and marketing promotions through regular product training.
Working Schedule & Location
- Working Hours: 44 hours per week across a 5-day work week.
- Shift Requirements: Must be able to work retail operational hours, including weekends and public holidays.
