Key Responsibilities
- Drive Admission Sales: Actively promote Kiztopia attractions and convert customer enquiries into admission ticket purchases to achieve daily sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Engage families and children warmly, create an exciting and fun atmosphere, and encourage participation.
- Operations & Safety: Supervise play stations and inflatables, ensuring guests follow safety rules while managing queues efficiently.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain the hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness of all play equipment and surrounding roadshow areas throughout operating hours.
- Event Logistics & Setup: Assist with ticket redemptions, crowd management, event setup, daily opening/closing procedures, and general operational tasks.
