Job Overview

Tan Tock Seng Hospital Pte. Ltd. (TTSH) is seeking dedicated and empathetic Staff Nurses to join various clinical departments across its acute care facility at Jalan Tan Tock Seng. Openings are available across Inpatient Wards, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Operating Theatre (OT), Emergency Department (ED), and Outpatient Clinics, offering fresh graduates and registered nurses an opportunity to deliver high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care by executing clinical nursing procedures that cater to patients' immediate physical and emotional needs.
• Monitor, assess, and document patients' clinical conditions, vital signs, and treatment responses accurately.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies in compliance with clinical safety protocols.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams comprising doctors, allied health professionals, and support staff.
• Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their caregivers regarding disease management and recovery.
• Uphold strict infection control, patient safety standards, and hospital clinical governance guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must hold a valid State Registered Nurse certification (registered with the Singapore Nursing Board).
• No prior nursing experience required; fresh graduates and entry-level nurses are welcome to apply.
• Highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and patient care skills.
• Able and willing to work rotating or staggered shift rosters, including weekends and public holidays.
