This executive-level educational role focuses on designing customized learning curricula, supervising indoor and outdoor developmental activities, monitoring emotional and behavioral well-being, and providing structured progress reporting to parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, curate, and implement tailored daily lesson plans and educational activities tailored to the developmental stages of children aged 7 and 9.
- Supervise and actively engage in after-school homework coaching, revision routines, and vacation learning schedules.
- Plan and coordinate balanced indoor and outdoor educational activities to foster cognitive growth, physical well-being, and social skills.
- Observe and monitor behavioral, developmental, and psychological changes, addressing pastoral and emotional needs proactively.
- Manage daily academic schedules independently to ensure a well-structured and disciplined learning environment.
- Track ongoing academic performance and prepare detailed progress summary reports for parents, highlighting milestones and areas for enrichment.

Requirements & Qualifications
